Junior Licensing Officer

About the role

Kickstart your iGaming career as a Junior Licensing Officer, supporting multi‑jurisdictional licensing and regulatory applications while contributing to core business growth projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the compilation of complex license‑application requirements across target jurisdictions and translate them into structured project tracking frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather technical, operational, and corporate documentation for regulatory filings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of license‑application requirements and respond to related queries.
• Review documentation, request stakeholder feedback, and organise legal translations and key‑person applications for submission.
• Assist in drafting responses to regulatory inquiries, audit requests, and license renewal queries.
• Track milestone progress for ongoing license applications and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and compliance management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming or managing license applications in a regulated sector.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong cross‑departmental communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Trustworthy handling of confidential and sensitive corporate data.
