About the role
We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join a growing professional services firm. This position is ideal for a newly qualified or early‑career legal professional who wants to gain broad exposure across corporate, commercial, employment, gaming, intellectual property and FinTech matters in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on regulatory issues.
- Support corporate transactions, restructuring projects and other client matters.
- Advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance.
- Attend client meetings and contribute to ongoing legal work.
Required profile
- Holder of a Maltese warrant to practise law, or in the final stages of obtaining it.
- At least 1 year of relevant legal experience.
- Newly qualified or early‑career professional with a strong interest in multiple practice areas.
