Junior Data & Support Analyst

About the role

Creditinfo Malta Limited is seeking a motivated junior professional to join its Data & Support team. This hands‑on position blends daily data operations, software development support, and basic IT assistance, acting as the primary point of contact when the Data & IT Manager works remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage data‑related email communications and mailboxes daily.
• Input, update, and maintain accurate data across internal systems and process client data uploads.
• Handle client queries related to data and liaise with clients for two‑way data exchange.
• Support external developers by logging into codebases, assisting with bug fixes, updates, and testing new functionality.
• Act as the first point of contact for basic IT issues, troubleshooting laptops, software, and connectivity problems.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience comfortable across data, coding, and IT support.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently in the office.
• Fluent in both Maltese and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• JavaScript, HTML/CSS front‑end development.
• Experience with databases and data entry systems.
• Microsoft 365 applications.
• Basic knowledge of version control (Git) and APIs.
