Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter

About the role

Next Job Abroad is seeking an experienced Italian‑speaking recruiter to work remotely on a freelance basis. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment projects for customer service and multilingual positions across Europe, building pipelines from scratch and delivering high‑quality candidates to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Italian‑speaking candidates for international roles.
• Conduct interviews in English, assess suitability, and present top talent to clients.
• Build and maintain an independent candidate pipeline.
• Maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the international recruitment team and follow up after placement.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Italian with strong English proficiency.
• Previous experience working in a recruitment agency, covering the full recruitment cycle.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance‑based targets.
• Highly organised, proactive, and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques using job portals and social media.
