Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a people‑focused Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment strategy and help attract the right talent for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with department leaders and HR colleagues to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process and ensure a positive candidate journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to onboarding, including job advertising, CV screening, interviews, offers and pre‑employment documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and provide guidance throughout selection.
• Source candidates via IHG Careers, job boards, LinkedIn, agencies, universities, career events and international initiatives.
• Maintain a professional, timely candidate experience reflecting True Hospitality values.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and ensure proper documentation.
• Support employer branding initiatives and build relationships with external recruitment partners.
• Handle work‑permit documentation for international hires and track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source of hire.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR, preferably within hospitality or a service environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Proactive, creative approach to sourcing talent and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider HR team.
