IT Technician – Technical Support & Repairs

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time IT Technician to join our Servicing Department. You will provide technical support, diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT equipment and electronic devices.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones and other electronic products.
• Install and configure hardware components and software applications.
• Provide technical assistance to customers via telephone, email and in‑person.
• Respond to requests from the Supervisor or Servicing Manager and support day‑to‑day department operations.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and workshop expertise.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent IT‑related qualification (Higher Diploma and relevant experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English.
• Customer‑focused, organised, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Friendly, flexible attitude with strong interpersonal skills and an interest in emerging technologies.
