IT Service Owner – Digital Channels

About the role

FCM Bank Ltd is looking for a motivated IT Service Owner to lead the development, delivery, and ongoing management of its digital banking channels, including internet banking, mobile applications, and customer onboarding solutions. The role combines project management, digital channel expertise, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate implementation of digital channel initiatives such as internet banking, mobile apps, and onboarding solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party providers to ensure successful project delivery and integration with core banking systems.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, acting as the primary point of contact between business, IT, and external vendors.
• Own the end‑to‑end service lifecycle of digital channels, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Monitor system performance, coordinate issue resolution with IT teams and vendors, and enforce SLA compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital customer journeys and propose new capabilities.
• Stay updated on digital banking trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (service owner, digital channels, or project management).
• Proven experience with digital customer journeys, UX/UI principles, and digital experience design.
• Hands‑on experience with digital platforms such as mobile apps, internet banking, or onboarding systems.
• Experience managing third‑party providers, especially for digital solutions.
• Exposure to financial services or banking environments is advantageous.
