HR Coordinator – Engineering (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

The Engineering department needs a dedicated HR Coordinator who can provide end‑to‑end HR support while communicating fluently in Spanish. You will act as the primary HR contact for engineers, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and day‑to‑day administration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for internal and external vacancies, from job description updates to interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding, induction and integration of new hires, including collection of employment documentation and work‑permit processing.
• Manage daily HR administration such as employee engagements, terminations, sick‑leave, workplace‑injury processes and record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, local employment legislation and collective agreements.
• Serve as the main HR point of contact for engineering staff, providing guidance on HR queries, welfare matters and performance‑management processes.
• Assist with training needs assessments, learning‑and‑development initiatives and employee‑engagement activities.
• Prepare regular HR reports and contribute to ad‑hoc HR projects as required.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills across a technical department.
• Excellent communication abilities in both Spanish and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate HR records.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
