Head Office - NetSuite Specialist

About the role

db Group, a hospitality and leisure group based in Malta, is looking for a NetSuite Specialist to join its head office. The specialist acts as the main NetSuite expert, handling day-to-day operations, building solutions that optimise workflows and supporting ongoing system improvements while working closely with stakeholders across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary NetSuite resource for internal users
• Configure and customise NetSuite modules to meet evolving business needs
• Troubleshoot issues, manage user permissions and coordinate system upgrades
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive automation through NetSuite
• Support integrations with other systems
• Train users and maintain documentation for system processes and changes

Required profile

• 2-4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a specialist, admin or analyst role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• NetSuite certification

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Procurement, Inventory or Advanced Revenue Management
• NetSuite certification
