Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis within the iGaming sector. The role works closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights that drive business decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans and forecasts, integrating inputs from all departments.
• Analyse financial data, identify trends, and deliver insights to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and ensure accurate financial projections.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of FP&A processes using technology.
• Define, measure, and report on KPIs related to gaming performance, providing actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario evaluation and statistical analysis.
• Manage the budgeting process, monitor performance against targets, and investigate variances.
• Oversee collection, validation, and reporting of financial data to senior management.
• Communicate financial results, forecasts, and recommendations clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies while staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Strong senior‑level FP&A experience within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
