F&B Server – Hard Rock Hotel Malta

About the role

Hard Rock Hotel Malta is looking for an F&B Server to join one of its signature dining outlets, where food, service and music come together. The server is the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests, taking orders confidently and making every visitor feel like a VIP in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional table service so every guest has a warm, professional experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve dishes and drinks in line with brand standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to keep service flowing smoothly
• Handle guest requests, questions and feedback positively
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Support the team during busy periods

Required profile

• Previous experience as an F&B Server or in a similar guest-facing role
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset

Required skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
