German Language Customer Account Advisor

About the role

bet365 is looking for a German Language Customer Account Advisor in Sliema to support customers with betting, payments and account queries. The work covers guidance and solutions via Live Chat, email and phone, with a focus on handling multiple queries well. The schedule is tailored to the sporting calendar and covers any five days of the week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience and aim for first-time resolution when helping customers with queries and complaints.
• Respond to customer queries promptly via Live Chat, email and telephone.
• Liaise with internal departments in English to resolve customers' queries.
• Use internal tools to assist and take ownership of each customer query.
• Investigate issues thoroughly and escalate queries where necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
• Promote safer gambling.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written German for a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and spoken English to handle diverse questions.
• Passion for exceeding customer expectations and resolving issues efficiently.
• High-level multitasking and proven stress resilience under pressure.
• Independent problem-solving and initiative; open to feedback and personal development.
• Experience in a dynamic customer service environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Competent computer literacy, including experience with a CRM platform.
