Dutch Language Customer Account Advisor (Hybrid)

About the role

bet365 is looking for a Dutch Language Customer Account Advisor in its European Customer Account Advisor team in Malta. The role supports a large global customer base with queries about betting, payments and accounts, using Live Chat, email and phone. It is a full-time position with a hybrid arrangement, working five days a week including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience and aim for first-time resolution of queries and complaints.
• Handle customer queries promptly via Live Chat, email and telephone.
• Liaise with internal departments in English to resolve customer issues.
• Use internal tools to take ownership of each customer query.
• Investigate issues thoroughly and escalate queries where necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
• Promote safer gambling.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written Dutch for a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle multiple interactions at once, with proven stress resilience.
• Proactive problem solving and openness to feedback and development.
• Experience in a dynamic customer service environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Competent computer literacy.
• Experience with a CRM platform.
