General Handyman

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on General Handyman to support the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities within a food manufacturing environment. You will help keep the factory, office and common areas safe, clean and fully operational.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and routine maintenance across the premises, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and building maintenance tasks.
• Assist with equipment and facility upkeep and carry out preventative maintenance activities.
• Identify, report and help resolve potential faults or safety hazards.
• Maintain clean and organised tools, equipment and work areas.
• Support the wider maintenance team when required and follow all health, safety, hygiene and food‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Preferably previous experience in a handyman, maintenance, facilities or similar practical role.
• Reliable, responsible and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to learn and assist wherever required.
