Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will ensure robust financial governance, compliance and strategic financial management across multiple entities. This senior‑level position is ideal for ambitious finance professionals with extensive Big 4 experience who are ready to lead both technical and business‑partnering functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and sign off monthly closes, guaranteeing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee statutory reporting, regulatory filings and manage internal and external audits as the primary liaison.
• Control contract governance, ensuring legal and commercial approvals and alignment with control policies.
• Collaborate with Legal and Tax teams on board duties, AGMs, governmental reporting and tax matters, including audits.
• Maintain legal entity compliance, assess dividends, equity and cash reserves, and manage operating licences and employment regulations.
• Monitor bank covenants, shareholder agreements and power‑of‑attorney matrices, tracking renewals and logs.
• Partner with FP&A, procurement, payroll and HR to drive budgeting, forecasting and cost‑center financial planning.
• Stay updated on sanctions, legislative changes and cross‑border compliance, supporting digital transformation and process modernization.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience in a Big 4 audit, assurance or advisory environment.
• Proven experience in multi‑entity financial governance, statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of contract governance, legal entity compliance and corporate tax topics.
• Ability to liaise with auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders effectively.
