Print Process Operative – Manufacturing Team Member

About the role

The Print Process Operative is a flexible, multi‑skilled manufacturing role that ensures self‑sufficiency of a production line within a major business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain focus on meeting established KPIs and machine targets through consistent performance and process adherence.
• First‑line problem solving on the machine, identifying technical issues and providing solutions.
• Carry out quality inspections in line with the quality criteria and use inspection cameras and quality‑control tools to verify product compliance.
• Follow all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and contribute to make‑ready procedures with the Leading Hand.
• Continuously monitor press quality, adjust processes to maintain quality and minimise waste.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented individual willing to work on a shift in a manufacturing environment.
• Person who is proactive, flexible and ready to go the extra mile.

Required skills

• Operation of inspection cameras and quality‑control tools.
• Experience with autonomous maintenance following TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) plans.
• Ability to perform change‑overs according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
