Event Sales Executive

About the role

The Event Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of prestigious events, from corporate meetings and conferences to gala awards, weddings and private functions. This role offers exposure to both local and international destinations, including the UK, Sicily and other Italian locations.

Key responsibilities

• Present venues, packages and event concepts to prospective clients and senior decision‑makers.
• Proactively generate new leads, identify business opportunities and develop corporate partnerships.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage client accounts from initial enquiry through to event delivery and on‑site support.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and event packages.
• Coordinate bookings and work closely with event management and production teams to maximise revenue and expand market reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a target‑driven sales environment, preferably within events, venues, B2B sales, hospitality or event management.
• Highly motivated, commercially focused with strong business development, networking and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior decision‑makers and corporate clients.
• Fluency in English.
• Clean driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
