Identity and Access Management Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our Service Desk team. You will manage user access, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs while expanding your skills in MySQL and IAM systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, maintain, review and remove user access and privileges.
• Handle access requests within SLA timelines and coordinate with other departments.
• Improve knowledge base, support processes and tools.
• Maintain the IT asset register and log support tickets.
• Investigate, gather information, troubleshoot and update users on issue status.
• Escalate incidents to relevant teams as needed.

Required profile

• Familiarity with Linux systems.
• Experience with MySQL databases.
• Understanding of virtual and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
