About the role
Archer is looking for motivated professionals with a background in customer service, success or client relations to transition into a specialized recruitment role. The position offers a clear, merit‑based promotion path with the possibility of reaching senior leadership within a few years.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and apply specialized recruitment techniques while leveraging existing client‑facing experience.
- Meet defined targets and KPIs related to candidate sourcing, placement, and client satisfaction.
- Build and expand a professional network quickly under the guidance of industry mentors.
- Collaborate with an international team in an open‑office environment.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in client‑facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support.
- EU passport holder.
- Willingness to change career direction and learn recruitment processes.
- Driven, results‑oriented and able to work under performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (a plus).
