Customer Service Representative – Online Gaming

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a fast‑growing online gaming business. You will be the first point of contact for players, handling inquiries via email and live chat in a regulated environment. This role offers the chance to develop your career as the support function expands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with account registration, verification and KYC processes.
• Handle queries related to deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses and responsible gambling.
• Manage complaints and provide general account support.
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, Compliance, CRM and Loyalty teams to ensure accurate and professional service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or support.
• Background in iGaming, fintech, digital entertainment or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes evolve.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, complaints handling or responsible gambling is beneficial.
• Adaptable, proactive and eager to develop.
