Customer Service Agent – Estonian Speaking

About the role

Join Betsson's award‑winning customer support team in Malta and provide top‑class assistance to Estonian‑speaking players. You will handle inquiries via email, chat and phone, translate marketing content and feedback, and ensure compliance with responsible gaming standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Estonian customers through email, live chat and telephone.
• Translate advertising copy and customer feedback into Estonian.
• Manage customer accounts and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow company policies on player safety, protection and responsible gambling.
• Collaborate with the wider support team to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Estonian.
• Russian language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Prior experience in the iGaming sector is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
