About the role

As a Custody Operations Associate at FalconX, you will act as the guardian of the firm’s digital assets, ensuring that every token movement and custody record is executed flawlessly. This high‑stakes operational role sits at the crossroads of traditional institutional finance and emerging decentralized finance, requiring precision, speed, and uncompromising security.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day custody services, managing daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with trade operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate transaction execution.
• Perform client verification activities, including ID checks and wallet whitelisting, in line with security protocols.
• Oversee token transfers, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness of all movements.
• Implement robust key management practices, covering generation, secure storage, and rotation of cryptographic keys.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to detect and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to client enquiries related to custody services, providing clear and timely information.
• Work with engineering teams to identify and implement application enhancements that boost operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
