About the role

A career within Deals Corporate Finance services will provide you the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. Key responsibilities

• Proactively assist in the delivery of services to a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Managers and above.
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
• Assist management in delivering various projects.
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
• Stay abreast of developments in accounting standards such as IFRS.
• Develop internal relationships, including the PwC brand, and client relationships.
• Be proactive in learning and upskilling in related areas.

Required profile

• Prior experience on financial advisory assignments (raising finance, capital markets, M&A, valuations, due diligence, strategy, recovery) is an asset.
• Accountancy qualification.
• 2‑3 years of experience in corporate finance.
• Strong analytical skills with lateral thinking.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality written work.
• Excellent communication and articulation of analysis.
• Ability to multitask across assignments.
• General business and commercial awareness.
