Contracts Administrator

About the role

AX Group is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the AX Development team. The role involves managing contracts and commercial documentation across development projects, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and supporting informed commercial decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalise purchase orders, contracts, amendments and addenda in line with negotiated terms.
• Coordinate contract execution, distribution and version control together with Document Control.
• Track contract milestones, deliverables, obligations and monitor contractor performance and compliance.
• Maintain contract registers, renewal schedules and audit‑ready contract files.
• Identify contractual risks, escalate issues and support dispute resolution and claims management.
• Prepare contract performance reports and summaries for oversight and decision‑making.
• Assist in compiling and reviewing contracting procedures to ensure policy and industry compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data analysis to support commercial decisions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and maintain organised records.
• High accuracy in data entry, documentation and record‑keeping.
