Contract Manager

About the role

Crane Currency is seeking a Contract Manager to act as the primary liaison between sales, customers, and internal teams for projects from award through delivery and beyond. Based in Malta, you will combine technical and commercial expertise to ensure contracts are executed smoothly, supporting new sales and company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of awarded customer contracts, providing information, solutions, and timely issue resolution.
• Collect and share customer feedback, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Interface with business unit managers, senior project/product managers, and legal departments to align contract execution.
• Draft moderate to complex, non‑routine contractual instruments and recommend policy enhancements.
• Support new business pursuits by contributing to project strategies, policies, and processes.
• Lead internal and external negotiations and represent the company at senior management level.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field with at least 24 semester hours of business coursework.
• Three or more years of relevant business or contract management experience.
• Fluent English; additional language skills (Russian, French, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Willingness to sign a non‑compete agreement.
