Commercial Insurance Associate

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated individual with a natural flair for sales to join our Commercial Insurance team. The role offers the chance to work with many of Malta’s leading businesses in a dynamic, family‑feel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with commercial clients.
• Gather information, assess insurance needs and present tailored solutions.
• Explain policy terms clearly and prepare the necessary insurance documentation.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with people and delivering an excellent client experience.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and motivated to learn, with a genuine interest in sales and advisory work.
• Team‑player comfortable communicating with clients from diverse industries.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
• Solid educational background; previous insurance or customer‑care experience is a plus.
