About the role
RCI Insurance Ltd is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join its IT team. You will design, develop and maintain BI solutions that support the company’s insurance and financing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement BI software, integrate with databases and data warehouses.
- Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations for business users.
- Manage the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing and training.
- Oversee ETL processes, data modelling and data governance.
- Provide user support and ongoing maintenance of BI tools.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with ETL development and data‑warehouse concepts.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required skills
- ETL tools: Talend, Pentaho, SSIS, Informatics.
- Databases: MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
- BI tools: Power BI, Spotfire, Business Objects, QlikView.
- Data‑modeling and DWH concepts.
