About the role
Lead QA team and ensure quality of gaming products. In this role you will manage testers, create test strategies, and drive quality improvements across all gaming products. You will work closely with development teams to ensure seamless game releases.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team
- Develop test strategies and plans
- Review test coverage and results
- Coordinate game release testing
- Manage bug tracking and priorities
- Work with development teams on quality
- Implement QA processes and tools
- Report quality metrics
Required profile
- 5+ years of QA experience in gaming
- 2+ years of team leadership
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies
- Experience with test automation
- Knowledge of gaming mechanics
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Problem‑solving mindset
