Business Development Manager

About the role

Apcopay Limited is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the payments industry. Based in Malta, you will report to the Head of Business Development and work closely with internal teams to expand the product offering and meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads within the online payments, fintech, and e‑commerce sectors.
• Support sales activities, maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially minded individual with a target‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
