Business Development Manager

About the role

Apcopay Limited is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join its Malta‑based team. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will help grow the company by identifying new opportunities in the payments sector and strengthening relationships with existing merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and support sales activities across the payments, fintech and e‑commerce markets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Represent Apcopay at industry events, conferences and networking sessions.
• Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to enhance the offering.
• Track market trends and provide insights to drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially minded individual with interest or experience in online payments, fintech or e‑commerce.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
