Business Development Executive

About the role

Kyte Global is expanding its sales team and is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s market presence within the fast‑growing IT services, fintech, and compliance sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new sales opportunities, turning leads into qualified accounts.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, engaging internal and external stakeholders and closing deals at the C‑level.
• Achieve sales targets for both new and existing accounts.
• Adapt sales strategies to different market verticals.
• Represent Kyte Global at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, regulatory affairs, audit, finance and other cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in IT services, fintech or compliance.
• Hunter mindset with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Self‑motivated, solution‑oriented and comfortable working autonomously.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Preferably based in Malta or elsewhere in the EU.
