Brand Activation Executive

About the role

BRND WGN is building a team that works directly with nmbl, a New York-based creative agency serving global brands such as Nespresso, Canon and Vital Proteins. As a Brand Activation Executive, you turn strategy into action by supporting the Brand Manager in activating a brand's strategy through daily execution, coordination and content delivery, keeping consistency, momentum and quality across all brand activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Brand Manager in planning and executing brand activations and campaigns, and handle day-to-day project logistics such as quotes, timelines, meetings and deliverables.
• Act as a direct point of contact for clients when needed.
• Coordinate and attend content shoots, develop content ideas, write captions and organise assets for social channels, and schedule and publish posts under the guidance of the Brand Manager or Social Media Lead.
• Monitor performance and gather client feedback to improve future output.
• Help activate campaigns across touch-points, from digital to on-ground events, and coordinate campaign shoots, searching for models, artists and other talent.
• Assist with supplier coordination and asset management (POS, merchandise, printed materials).

Required profile

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Organisational skills with an eye for detail and deadlines.
• A can-do positive attitude and willingness to grow through hands-on brand building.

Required skills

• Social media savviness across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and others.
