BI Analyst

About the role

Kwiff is looking for a BI Analyst to help build a data‑driven business. You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to turn data into actionable insights that improve performance and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for data and analytics, providing guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support the development and implementation of BI tools, reporting frameworks and data processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality and integrity through validation, cleansing and governance.
• Deliver financial and operational analysis for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Produce commercial insight to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards, reports and self‑service analytics tools.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical background with a degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering insights in a BI, data or analytics environment.
• Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and investigate root causes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for efficient, scalable queries.
• Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Metabase.
• Data management expertise across relational databases, APIs and flat files.
