Aftersales Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marine Technician to provide after‑sales support for sailing and power yachts. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and maintaining yacht systems to the highest standards, as well as offering technical advice to owners, crews and racing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on engines, electronics, electrical, plumbing and rigging systems of sailing and power yachts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues.
• Install new equipment and systems, ensuring proper integration.
• Conduct sea trials to verify performance and safety of all systems.
• Provide technical support and advice to yacht owners, crew members and racing teams.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Ensure all work complies with quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marine Technician specializing in sailing yachts.
• Strong knowledge of sailing yacht systems (engines, electronics, electrical, plumbing, rigging).
• Familiarity with power yacht systems is a plus.
• Experience supporting yacht racing teams or blue‑water cruisers preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
