Tender and Proposal Executive

About the role

Join PwC’s Management Consulting practice as a Tender and Proposal Executive. You will work closely with tender managers and business development teams to craft high‑quality, client‑focused proposals that drive impact for our clients and the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess prospective tender opportunities.
• Collaborate with Tender Managers throughout the full proposal lifecycle.
• Edit, refine, and format proposal documents, cover letters, executive summaries, team biographies, and experience statements.
• Review tender responses for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Respond to content‑related queries and build networks of subject‑matter experts across the firm.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Marketing to ensure a seamless value chain for clients.
• Track progress, manage deadlines, and support ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience drafting and reviewing written communications under tight deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Skilled at managing multiple proposals simultaneously through effective time‑ and priority‑management.
• Highly organised, structured, and detail‑oriented.
• Experience with local or EU tenders is an advantage but not mandatory.
