Telesales & Spot Pricing Specialist (Talent Pool)

About the role

As a Telesales Representative you will focus on selling freight forwarding services while delivering excellent support to existing Kuehne+Nagel clients and acquiring new business.

Key responsibilities

• Address client inquiries via phone and e‑mail, resolve issues and ensure swift customer satisfaction.
• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities and customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Process quotation requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and update internal customer records using company software.

Required profile

• Academic background in Transport and Logistics is a plus.
• Experience in a similar role preferred (full on‑the‑job training and sponsorships available).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, target‑driven attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Team spirit, strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster a service‑oriented culture.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); other languages such as Maltese or Italian are a plus.
