Tax and Legal Senior Associate – Private Clients

About the role

PwC is looking for a Tax and Legal Senior Associate to join its Tax and Legal (Private Clients) team in Qormi. You will work alongside experienced professionals on important client challenges, with opportunities to learn, collaborate and grow in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on Maltese and international personal tax matters, prepare and review tax returns and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
• Structure inheritance and succession plans in close collaboration with legal and tax experts
• Manage and administer immigration applications, coordinate with government departments and advise clients on residency and relocation
• Help clients structure assets and investments for optimal tax efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-touch experience during visits and ongoing interactions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent in accounting, tax or a related field
• Clear, confident English; knowledge of Maltese, Mandarin or Russian is an asset
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple priorities
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach, able to work independently and in teams
• Client-facing experience in a service-provider environment is considered an asset
