Client Relationship Associate - Russian Speaker

About the role

PwC is looking for a Client Relationship Associate - Russian Speaker to join its Tax & Legal - Private Clients team in Malta. The associate manages a portfolio of international clients covering immigration, residency, citizenship and tax processes, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring a smooth, high-quality service experience across immigration, residency, citizenship and tax processes.
• Prepare, review and submit forms, applications and documentation accurately and promptly.
• Translate documents between Russian and English, ensuring clarity, accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout their journey.
• Assist clients and their families during visits to Malta, coordinating a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Private Clients team and build relationships with local authorities, public institutions and private service providers.
• Develop knowledge of local systems, procedures and regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian and English, able to communicate professionally.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Languages, Accounting or a related field; experience in corporate services or a similar setting is an asset.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, proactive and solution-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
