Supply Chain Administrator (Hal Far)

About the role

Hudson Group, an international retailer and distributor mainly in sport and fashion wear, is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator based at Hal Far in Malta. The role supports the Logistics Operations Team with data and operational work, and collects and analyses data to help improve supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders from local and foreign suppliers, and own the Procure to Pay (P2P) process for direct materials
• Monitor and adjust delivery dates against supplier updates, and inform stakeholders of delays
• Manage and monitor the Order to Cash (O2C) process for B2B customers
• Handle all incoming vendor shipments, create the information needed by the warehouse team, and follow up on shipment queries
• Post product receipts and create invoices for received goods
• Liaise with the Stock Controller to prevent stock loss and keep ERP data accurate
• Evaluate supplier operations and collaborate with Finance, Merch, Logistics and Warehouse teams
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders, and liaise regularly with the manager
• Analyse supplier data and work with the Master Data Team, and assist with transfers, stock adjustments, counts and reconciliations

Required profile

• Experience in data management
• Familiarity with supply chain processes is an asset
• Ability to review detailed data and recommend improvements
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
