Service Management Coordinator

About the role

The Service Management Coordinator joins Altenar’s IT Service Management team within Technology Operations, acting as a bridge between technical and non‑technical teams to ensure SLA compliance, regulatory adherence, and rapid incident resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customer‑facing support teams with product and technical expertise.
• Monitor system health via performance graphs and trigger Incident Management when needed.
• Lead incidents, keep executives and stakeholders informed, and manage post‑incident activities such as tickets and reports.
• Coordinate multiple teams daily for incidents, problems, changes, service requests and inquiries.
• Analyze KPI data, support metrics reporting, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Critical‑thinking, solution‑oriented, attentive to detail and able to work shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to present information to all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Experience with Grafana, Jira, Confluence and Google Drive.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Basic troubleshooting using browser console.
