Senior Yardi Support Officer – Consolidation

About the role

Alter Domus is seeking a Senior Yardi Support Officer to join its European Real Estate team. The role focuses on consolidation accounting and investor reporting within the Yardi platform, providing expert technical assistance to business users in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and resolve user technical issues related to Yardi, especially around accounting consolidations, intercompany accounting, and investor allocation/reporting.
• Lead Yardi implementations, including fund set‑up, automation of consolidation processes, and custom reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with European Real Estate operations leads to ensure consistent best practices across service offerings.
• Work with the EMEA Real Estate Platform Leader and Technical Manager to propose and implement process improvements for compliance.
• Design and deliver training materials and plans, ensuring teams are well‑trained and providing feedback to trainees.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑starter, quick learner, and results‑driven in a client‑focused culture.
• Prior experience with investment funds and consolidation accounting is essential.
• Experience using Yardi for investment funds in an operations or support capacity is highly desirable.
