Senior Sales Executive – Issuing & Acquiring Processing

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will lead new‑business development for card issuing and acquiring processing solutions across Cyprus and Malta. You will manage the full enterprise B2B sales cycle, building senior relationships with banks, fintechs, PSPs and other regulated financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell payment processing solutions, focusing on card issuer and acquirer processing.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and prepare tailored commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiations, close strategic partnerships and manage long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, technical and operations teams to ensure compliant, viable solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events and monitor market trends in the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling card issuing, acquiring or related fintech solutions to banks, PSPs or regulated institutions.
• Strong ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles with multiple decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication in English and confidence presenting technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts.
