Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Central Systems team and help shape the future of our internal platforms and tools. You will work on high‑impact projects ranging from ad‑serving infrastructure to SaaS‑style applications, supporting teams across the company. The role involves guiding technical decisions, mentoring teammates, and collaborating with stakeholders to build robust, scalable, and elegant systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own Full Stack Development: take ownership of features and systems from planning through delivery and optimisation.
• Architect scalable solutions: work with tech leads to define architecture and improve performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Collaborate cross‑team: partner with developers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor and support: share knowledge, review code and help junior team members grow.
• Innovate & optimise: explore new technologies, streamline workflows and modernise legacy systems.
• Keep systems running smoothly: contribute to CI/CD, monitoring and DevOps practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years building and scaling web applications, preferably SaaS or internal platforms.
• Strong full‑stack expertise with React, Node.js and PostgreSQL (or similar).
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design and performance optimisation.
• Enjoy mentoring mid‑ and junior developers.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical ideas into clear actions.
• Comfortable working in a distributed team and adapting to changing priorities.
