Senior Digital Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join our Creative Team, working at the intersection of brand and product. You will shape campaign visuals, create promotional assets, and design user flows, layouts and prototypes, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Set visual direction for campaigns and produce high‑quality promotional and digital assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Design user flows, wireframes, functional prototypes and responsive layouts that are intuitive and accessible.
• Build, maintain and evolve scalable component libraries, templates and design workflows.
• Take projects from brief to final delivery, refining briefs with stakeholders and keeping work on track.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to align priorities and deliver cohesive experiences.
• Run thorough post‑handoff quality checks with developers to reduce design and implementation issues.
• Use performance insights, user feedback and testing results to improve design outcomes.
• Leverage AI‑assisted creative and design tools to increase efficiency while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital design experience with strong UI/UX and creative skills.
• Excellent visual design abilities across composition, typography, brand identity and digital media.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and user‑centred design.
• Self‑driven with strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge briefs.
