Product Designer

About the role

Base360.ai is seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex short‑term rental operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You will work directly with the founders and engineers to design products that solve real problems for property managers, operational teams and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Design dashboards, workflows, AI interactions, onboarding flows, booking journeys and marketing assets.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs account for real data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and improve experiences after launch.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and excellent visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex information while keeping necessary details visible.
• High ownership, attention to detail and comfort working in an evolving environment.

Required skills

• Figma (auto layout, components, design systems, interactive prototyping).
