Senior Digital Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join our Creative Team in Malta, working across brand creative and UI/UX. You will shape campaign visuals, promotional assets, and design user flows, layouts, and prototypes while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Set visual direction for campaigns and produce high‑quality promotional and digital assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Design user flows, wireframes, functional prototypes and responsive layouts that are intuitive and accessible.
• Build, maintain and evolve scalable component libraries, templates and design workflows.
• Take projects from brief to final delivery, refining briefs with stakeholders and keeping work on track.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to align priorities and deliver cohesive experiences.
• Run thorough post‑handoff quality checks with developers to reduce design and implementation issues.
• Use performance insights, user feedback and testing results to improve design outcomes.
• Leverage AI‑assisted creative and design tools to work more efficiently while ensuring ethical use and transparency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital design experience with strong UI/UX and creative skills.
• Excellent visual design abilities across composition, typography, brand identity and campaign assets.
• Proven experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, responsive UI and scalable design systems.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and user‑centred design.
• Self‑driven with strong stakeholder management and confidence to challenge and refine briefs.
