Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our product team and help shape intuitive, engaging, and visually strong experiences across our platform. This role is for someone who combines strong visual craft with product thinking, caring equally about how things look and how they work.

Key responsibilities

• Own UX/UI design across key areas of the Gamdom product.
• Turn product requirements and ideas into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high‑fidelity designs in Figma.
• Build and maintain Figma components and design systems.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to take designs from concept to implementation.
• Create visual assets and UI elements where needed.
• Think through the product experience from the user's perspective and identify improvement opportunities.
• Balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to the product.
• Develop a strong understanding of the product and how different features work together.

Required profile

• Senior‑level UX/UI or product design experience.
• Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Good understanding of digital products, user flows, and product thinking.
• Experience in iGaming or esports is highly preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and visual craft.
• Creative, curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Figma (including prototyping and component creation).
• Adobe Creative Suite.
