Revenue Manager – Hotel

About the role

As the Revenue Manager for Hard Rock Hotel Malta, you will own the pricing strategy, demand forecasting and distribution performance to maximise revenue and profitability across all market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing and revenue strategies across all market segments and distribution channels.
• Monitor demand trends, booking patterns, market conditions and competitor activity.
• Optimise inventory, rates and restrictions to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Manage distribution channels and maintain rate integrity across all platforms.
• Analyse pace, pickup and performance against budget and forecast, preparing accurate reports for management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to align commercial strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management, preferably as a Revenue Manager.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and commercial focus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments.
• Fluent English and legal right to work in Malta (resident or EU national).

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of RMS, PMS and channel management platforms.
• Expertise in hotel pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution.
