Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

As the Restaurant Manager you will be the face of a high‑end venue, responsible for delivering an unrivalled luxury hospitality experience. You will lead the front‑of‑house team, work closely with culinary, beverage and entertainment departments, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the brand’s premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, including reservations, table planning, guest flow and VIP experiences.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, lead pre‑service briefings and ensure service standards exceed expectations.
• Manage guest feedback, implement continuous improvements and uphold health, safety and licensing compliance.
• Recruit, train, mentor and develop a high‑performing hospitality team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement and collaboration on promotions, events and entertainment concepts.
• Monitor labour, operational costs and productivity, supporting budgeting and financial performance targets.
• Protect and enhance the restaurant’s brand identity by collaborating with music, entertainment and creative teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury dining, high‑end Asian concepts, premium hotels, members’ clubs or lifestyle venues.
• Background in opening new restaurant concepts or hospitality projects.
• Experience serving VIP guests, private events and entertainment‑led hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of elevated casual dining service standards and high‑expectation environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Asian beverage programmes, including sake, cocktails and wine (advantageous).
