Real Estate Agent – Property Sales & Rentals

About the role

Alliance Real Estate Malta is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its office in Ta’ Xbiex. The role focuses on managing property sales and rentals, from prospecting new listings to guiding clients through the entire transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new property listings.
• Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property values and suitable options.
• Prepare, review and manage sales and rental documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, agreements and client interactions.
• Build and manage a personal portfolio of clients, delivering responsive service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.
• Represent the agency professionally in all client and partner interactions.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Maltese property regulations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent listening and communication skills.
• Proven experience in property valuation, listing management and transaction coordination.
• Demonstrated sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Maltese or additional languages are a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for property visits and meetings.
• Results‑driven mindset, high ethical standards and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for client and listing management.
• Competence using email and online property listing platforms.
• Basic digital literacy for handling documents and communications.
